Experience:
I've been staff on many servers from small to large.
One large one is Vyzon, which I've been moderator on twice, and helper once. I have almost been admin once, but the server then restarted because of a terrible grief. I've been moderator on my small servers which I have forgotten. I have terrible memory, excuse me. One last thing is, I have owned a small server before which ended because of lack of funds and terrible staff.

I am currently not staff on servers, which I believe is great. If I had been staff on a server, it would keep me away from TMV, and I wouldn't like to waste time on other servers

Currently, I do not own any servers.
Why would you be a better moderator than many other people?:
Many other people would abuse with their powers. What I mean about this is, not use it correctly. I know this does not give me any perks, but just muting powers can be abused. This is the reason so many servers have shut down. Abandonment because the server was just terrible! The staff are just disgusting. I hate that. I would never do that in my life.
What qualities does a good staff member have?:
A good staff member is loyal, smart, professional. A staff member is on as much as possible, and uses his brain at times needed. He doesn't abuse his powers, he uses them at the right time. A Staff member should be mature. Childish staff members are the ones to let players do literally whatever they want. He doesn't mute, he's extremely friendly. Staff members should be respectful as well. Even though you technically are above him, it doesn't mean you are above him.
