In creative, you can open someone else's single chests and im sure it should've been blocked?

Nobody else has been able to do this. You should be able to open any chests on any plots you are added to, and any player who is added to your plot can open your chests.

it could've been a trapped chest, anyone can get access to trapped chests in creative no matter if you're added or not added
