Number of servers besides TMV.ZONE that I play on regularly: 3
Servers I am staff on right now (including ranks and the names of the server. Do not include donor ranks and do not include the IPs of the servers.): (RevolutionMC: Manager) I'm not staff on many servers at the moment due to that I quit Minecraft for a while and lost a lot of my staff ranks on servers.
Why I would make a better staff member than most other people: Even though I am not staff on many servers at the moment due to me quitting Minecraft for a bit, I have had a lot of experience. I think the biggest server I have been staff on is one with 100+ players on constantly, but then I did resign due to toxicity on the server. Like I said earlier in this application, I have had a lot of experience and not very many people have that. I do know the appropriate times for mutes, bans, etc. I do also follow a rule guide that helps me decide what is the best decision to make in certain situations, for example, if someone is cussing on the server and cussing is not allowed, I would warn them, and then tempmute them for 10m, the second offense would be 1 hour, and the 3rd offense would be a permanent mute on the server. And if someone is hacking on the server, I would permanent ban them, and if they'd like, they can appeal on the forums if we have a section for that. I do think I am pretty mature for my age as I have had people tell me that I am, I do not cuss often, and I know how to keep my temper under control in certain situations that can get most people fired up/mad as that is just apart of being a good staff member. And last thing is, I do not grief, nor do I abuse at all. ~Mholo
