I have a lot of experience, and I am resilient to first offenses. (Besides Hacking or Chat)
What qualities does a good staff member have?
A good staff member is persistent, and follows the rules. A staff member does not argue with people, they warn or kick them instead. They take appeals seriously, and does not deny appeals because they "saw" it happen. They are friendly, professional, and make the server an extremely fun place.
