Experience:
1) I have been Admin on two servers, both servers have stopped working for some reason that I don't know.
2) I am Co-Owner of a server me and my friend are working on.
3) I do not own a server, but a I do own a realm.
Questions:
1) I think I would be better because I know many rules of being a good leader, saying that I have to babysit my brother.
2) A good staff member is someone who will take control when needed, but will keep a sense of mind. Also they should be kind and help others no matter what, friends or not. They shouldn't be scared to say there opinion but make sure it shouldn't offend someone.
