I dont know if I would be better than other people but I think I would be good for this job is because I think the chat should be kid appropriate and be clean all the time and it is new to me and I jus want to try something new.
Good qualities of a good staff member is polite, loyal, help other people, willing to help when ever, and help when owner is not online,and helpful, good at following directions.
The server you run is great I have brought people from other servers and told them what you have and they are still playing today.
