That's bizarre. Still, it could turn out to be a wifi-only problem. An Ethernet cable will give you faster Internet for watching videos, getting less lag in game (of course, when you figure out why you are being restricted.) Send me the error message when you try to log in, and I will see what I can do.

I contacted the wifi network support. They have a system that blocks you from playing on foreign servers.
