Minecraft In-Game Name: GiantEvilCookie

I've been staff on a server under the name of CraftForDays.play. Although this server evidently did not make it a long way, it did give me some background knowledge and basic experience based on being apart of a staff team.
I am currently not staff on any server.
I do not own any servers at the moment.

I've personally seen moderators that aren't helpful, cooperative, or supportive in any way. Most of the time I see that mostly the reasons are similar (long time friends, family, ect.). I do believe that seeing these certain qualities in players helps me become more aware of how I act during gameplay or normal conversation with other players. Even though I am not a moderator on a server I am playing on, I do like to help people understand and enjoy the server itself.
A good staff member should have the following qualities.
-Respectable & Respectful
-Understanding
-Leadership
-Politeness
-Authority
-Commitment
-Patience
-Acceptance
-Reliability
-Honesty
